Privacy notice

Your details, kept simple

This notice covers the contact form on this website. 24/7 Roadside Wrench is responsible for the details you send us.

What we collect

The details you type into the contact form: your name, phone number, where the car is, what's wrong with it, your vehicle if you add it, and whether you'd prefer a call or a WhatsApp message.

Why

Only to reply to your enquiry and arrange any work you ask us to do. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing. Sending the form opens WhatsApp with your message typed in; nothing is stored on this website.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. If you're unhappy with how we've handled them, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
